Since my last post I can count the days with sunlight on one hand. It has rained nearly every day since then.

Today was beautiful-SUNLIGHT! I was on my way out when my landlord showed up with his usual crap but I was not in the mood; nevertheless, I dealt with it. The result?

I totally missed out on enjoying the sun.

I am not pleased. No, actually I am PISSED OFF. I am putting a stop to this right now. There is a protocol that is described in plain English in the city housing code and codified in several local/state laws as well as common law. Apparently this idiot landlord is not familiar with it.

I am going to make him very familiar with it. With as much pain as possible.
